RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

Please ship back via trackable shipping method.

Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached (i.e. unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors).

All CLEARANCE ITEMS and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If you receive a gift from our store you are welcome to exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.

If you decide to do a store credit we will send you a store credit code via email. 

 

We do not offer any refunds at this time. The only reason a full refund should be issued is if you receive a damaged item.

 

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
